LINKURY GDPR COMPLIANCE OVERVIEW

Linkury Ltd. ('Company') is fully committed to comply the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR'), which takes effect on May 25, 2018.

Thus, for months, the Company has been working closely the Company's external legal counsel and other professional and privacy experts, along with a designated internal team, for the sole purpose of ensuring GDPR compliance. Company is investing and will continue to invest substantial efforts and resources to support and ensure ongoing GDPR compliance.

Data Processing

Company has ensured there is a lawful basis for any and all processing of EEA users' Personal Data. Company is entering into data processing agreements with all of the relevant partners. Company only processes personal data to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR. Company has implemented privacy by design, privacy by default and full privacy compliance for all new company products.

In addition, Company has ensured all legal documents including its agreements, privacy policies online terms and IO's are compliant with the GDPR.

Company has ongoing training for its personnel and employees in order to educate them with regards to the GDPR, Company's data processing practices and the importance of data security.

Technological Organizational and Security Standards

The Company has completed an in-depth data mapping using external counsel to ascertain full control and oversight of the data sets which it processes. Further, it has implemented technical and organizational security measures, all as stipulated in its security policy available at: www.linkury.com/security.

Transparency to Regulators

Company maintains current, accurate and accessible written records to the extent legally required to provide supervisory authorities, all in a timely manner.

User Rights

GDPR provides users with the ability to exercise some user rights regarding Personal Data collected by the Company.

The user rights are as follows;

(i) request to access Personal Data; (ii) request the rectification of Personal Data; (iii) request the erasure of Personal Data; (iv) request to restrict processing of Personal Data; (v) object to processing of Personal Data; (vi) request to exercise right of data portability; (vii) right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority; and (viii) right to withdraw consent (to the extent applicable).
